What happens if your smartcard is stolen or misplaced?
  • Phone us immediately, so we can "hotlist" your smartcard. This will stop anyone else from using it. The "hotlist" will be removed when you or Mana Coach find your smartcard. We can do this with or without the smartcard, so phone us if you find the smartcard.
