Tickets
What are transfer tickets?
- Transfer tickets are available for transfer onto other Newlands
Coach Service routes.
- Transfer tickets are only available for travel in a continuous
direction. The ticket is valid for one hour and can only be used
on the next available service (e.g. you can not stop over
at the transfer point to shop, because then you are not making
a continuous journey and two separate fares must be paid).
- You are able to transfer from a Newlands Coach Service to Mana
Coach Service R59 (Johnsonville/Tawa Service) and vice versa.
How do I use a transfer ticket?
- On the first bus you catch tell the driver which bus route you
are transferring to. He will issue you with a ticket marked "TRANSFER"
showing your fares, destination & time of purchase.
- When you catch the second bus simply show the driver your "TRANSFER"
ticket.
